Food Policy

No food, pop or gum will be allowed in the studio. Water bottles are allowed during class.

Bad Weather Policy

The studio will be closed on inclement weather days, as declared by Douglas County School District. Please call the studio for a recorded message about studio closure.

Arrival & Dismissal

Please pick up dancer(s) promptly. DDA is not responsible for dancer(s) before or after their class. Children will be unsupervised once the next class begins. Please be on time, classes start promptly. Non-dancing children must never be left unattended. Appropriate behavior from all children in the building is expected at all times.

Class Observation Policy

Classes may be observed through the observation windows. However, we suggest you limit your viewing time as this is most conductive to a constructive learning environment. At no time is any individual allowed to sit inside the studio and observe while class is in session unless given special permission by the instructor.

Schedule Changes

Written notice must be given to the office one week prior to the changes or fees will still apply.
